Priority Date is 12th Jan 2001.

Current Date is 1st December 2000.

I have not Received yet any letter for Police Verification & Medical Check-up nor visa call interview letter.

So Could u pls guide by telling when this above things will come approx date so we could plan accordingly...

You are almost near to your PD smit,i predict you might get a interview in july / august ! YOu will get a letter 1 month before your interview dont worry .

Nvc finished reviewing the documents on 12th april 2012.. :) . I spoke to them and they said that my case is forwarded to the US embassy at Mumbai. When Can I expect the interview?

Could u please let me know what will the next phase?

I asked them the tracking number but in vain....they said that they do not have tracking information...

You will get your interview letter sometimes next week because one of my friend PD is 16 Nov and he has received his interview letter yesterday.

As we all know that our date was retrogress 2 years back.

He had send IV package sometimes July 2010.

I know it sounds silly...Please let me know whats retrogression is? Does my case suffer retrogression?

My PD is in 1998 and I have sent IV package on 4th april 2012. NVC told that they have finished reviewing on 12th april 2012... Can I expect interview in the coming two months as my PD is current long back...?

how r u sir..i have a question regarding my cousine and brother case...

There are two petition in our family and PD is 30may02...and coming november2012 my cousine will b turn 21 and my brother will turn 21 march2013.,

and our cases are documentarily qualified since 2011..

their iv fee and ds.230 are submited to nvc then plz tell me can their age be freez or if our pd current next year in july august then their age 'll b fareez?? I mean then they 'll b procted under cspa..

PD went backwards from 2002 to 2000 means that all who's PD is 2002 is moved back to 2000? i.e they need to consider their PD as 2000 instead of 2002? Please advise
