Sir could u explain that if in near future f4 cut off date stop or slow according to the april vb notification then is it possible thiz action is only for chaina mainland or for other countries like india...etc cuz therez separate column of china mainland in vb... .plz explain....its very bed for those who will b coverd in cspa...im one of them...as u knw

Very unlikely, even if the scenario like mainland china comes for all the countries, then instead of accepting new applications, the older petitions filed will have a resolution.

Right now we are not seeing a very heavy demand from any other countries due to the 10 years wait time and as such the interest is lost in filing and neither there is a sudden surge like F2A petitions..

My question is why there was a sudden surge in filing of F4 Visa Category? The Basis can be either the improvement in the visa filing like electronic processing or there might be a rumour of F4 Visa being stopped..

I read an interesting analysis for F4 Visa Category..Not sure it might be realistic..Add 4100 days to your Priority date and you should get your Interview date..

I think you are right.

My PD is 05-Jan-2001 and i have added "4100" days and found almost correct results.

As per result my date will be 28-March-2012. It is also right as per movement of VB.
