Now LIsten my mom case complt jan2012 nd pd is may2002..mean u and me just wi8 for pd to b current nd then we'll get interview appointment letter..nd there z no other way...and if we c current visabulletin F4 pd..we shall wait more 10 to 12 months..just pary nd hope for the best therez no other way.....

And i wanna tell you more about priorty dates...if we see previous f4 pd it taking 10years and 7or8 months......it mean that f4 pd jan2002 will return in aug or sep 2012...its just a prediction...cuz previous pd is all about......

lol i just compare previous dates...cuz pd jan2002 'll b current next 8 months i hope it'll bck...nd u got ur interview appointment next 3ree months...cuz just think positive may b there z once again pd move fast lyke 2010.......

Here is very serious problem..plz help me

if principal applican got his visa and go to united states and his son or daugher still In AP ..nd when principal applicant get his green card and come back to his country..then his son/daugher who were in AP and can he/she get a visa and can he/she go to USA without principal applicant...??

Plz ans me any body who know this and thz is very serious problem...

Yes. A derivative can receive an immigration benefit at the same time or after the principal beneficiary. They just can't receive it before the principal beneficiary. As long as the principal beneficiary has already entered the US with their immigrant visa and become a permanent resident then the derivatives can enter, even if the principal beneficiary is currently outside the US.

so f4 will move one month for sure...
