As Per November Visa Bulletin the F4 category moved by a YEAR to Jan 02

Darnell and other VJ analyzers..:)

NVC is doing great nowadays..:wow:

and as per the November Visa Bulletin, The F4 Visa number have moved by an year, (F)

"A Small movement is a GIANT Leap in this 8-10 years long F4 Visa Category"..

any reasoning behind this movement? Is it because there was allocation from other unused visa numbers or there was not enough filing in this category after December 2001?Any Insight.

Sept. Bulletin - 15OCT01 or before

Oct. Bulletin - 01DEC01 or before

Nov. Bulletin - 01JAN02 or before

I checked this out... I saw that from the sept. bulletin to the Nov. Bulletin the category moved 3 months with the upcomming NOV. Bulletin puttin it into the year Jan. 2002. I'm not certain if you mis-read the given statistics... tho any movement is a good thing!!!

My Bad.

You are Correct RICARDO4EVA2..

I misread in a hurry..:(

Still the basic question..any reasoning behind Visa number movements? Is it because of the allocation from other unused visa numbers or there was not enough filing for a drastic change in numbers?Any Insight
