sorry friend...i am not agree with you ....bcaz we have f2a waiting list by case and they hae send interview letter upto dec 2008...and they have not started jan 2009....if they are going to give interviews even we can have that information through our fellow members...and we have more than 60 members actively updating their case....so if we dont get any interview..cut off date is not gonna move forward that is for sure...

well, what I tried to say is that, NVC had scheduled interview for many people before retrogression and sent interview letters for them.

For example, they had sent interview letters for people with PD date May 2000, or June 2000, before retrogression happened.

Then these people went to the embassies for the interview, before and after retrogression. Then, right now are many people whom got interviewed and are in the queue and waiting to their PD become current again.

I am trying to say that NVC will issue the new interview letters if the number of people that got interviewed before, and now are just waiting for their PD to become current , will start to decrease!

consider the following example:

A case with the PD: May or June 2000.

The case was completed on November 2010.

they got interview letter that was scheduled the interview for them on January 2011.

They went to embassy and got interviewed.

But now they are waiting because their PD is not current.

So in this case why should NVC issue new interview letters for example for people which their PD are June 2000 ? they are already many of them with this PD that got interviewed before and are just waiting.

Hope that could clear my opinion much better :D

yes friend....i had understood ur point but what i tried to tell you that we have most visas (approx 88000 per year) and in our thread we have most active members....but still we did not find any case as u said...(people got interview and they are waiting for their pd current)....still we have not much of interview scheduled for oct 2011...this is strange

one thing more...as u said last year due to many interview letter issued in first two months...so that retrogession occured....but in our category we find that so many people have got interview letter in the month of april 2011 onwards...so this is really strange thing we have noticed...

People have PD from April 16, 2000 to May 1st, 2000 start to get interview letters from NVC. It seems like May 1st is the cut off date so far :) Sad but I think it's true. It doesn't move much. I hope I am wrong :)

I think the VB will jump to any month of 2001

9- July 20, 2016 : AOS and IV fees Bill activated.

10- July 20, 2016 : Pay AOS Fees

i have preety less hope for indias visa bulletin! cause 8 may is my friends date nd still nt gt interview call..nd nvc is sayin we r still dealing with 8 th april 2000.. they r nt sayin tht interview has been schedule!

one Indian guy "Sn" got interview appointment.f4/....

pd:april 17th.

so its some good news finally for india.....now it will atleast move to 1st may 2000...i dont know why in this new fiscal year, all the categories are going to move slowly in the first month...strange...

no ...it will move to 8 may at least ...coz person with pd 5th may also got interview app( worldwide..)

ya but reality is reality and we have to accept it.....and the reality is that cut off date is not mving eyond may 2000....so better to accept the reality....and i can feel the sorrow of divided families...
