Thank you RICARDO4EVA2 and VISAGRANT. My both AOS and IV fees are paid now. I will be sending I-864 and DS-230 as soon as possible.

I will let you know guys any other updation on my case.

Thanks for everything.

You're most welcome and we are here to help. If I had known then I would have gotten a few things together and ask my mom and dad to get their ds-230 info requested so that it could have been submitted earlier. Ha... I guess then I'd get an interview in october.

we must also factor in that her case/category is at the bottom and with visa limits. i certainly hope for the best...!

After waiting 10 years and 9 months I guess I can wait this one out.My daughter will be graduating from high school June 2011 and she really wanted to graduate so I'm in no rush

Oh that's The least... If you were to get an interview/Approval in November.. and you'd have to leave prior to her graduation... it's ok ... You Annnnnnnnnnnd your daughter can say some to the U.S. in December when she's out school on the holiday break and go back to Jamaica In Januray like 2 days before store school resumes and then YES .. she will not have to worry about her June.. heck you'll now have until JULY... you could stay longer but it just raises your resident status in the USA.
