hello guys....hows everybody.....

i want to share my family case under F2B...His petition was filled under F2b on APRIL,1995...............and he received his COA and other documents from NVC , when Visa bulletin dates of F2b was 1JULY,1994.........almost 8-9 months before.................

secondly, one more guy under F4 having PD 22 January,2002 and he received COA and other documents from NVC back on December 2012 and at that time visa bulletin dates was 1 April,2001.........

so guys we have to wait for next few months......

Even May 2002 people have got COA at that time. But it was different from current scenario. At that time visa bulletin suddenly moved 1-2 years in short time span and then it retrogressed. But by default one should receive it when the priority date is near by. According to Jolly before 6-8 months.

Why 3-4 months? I guess one and half month.. once u get current.. the coming month is ur interview..right now who got current ..there iv is on january nd within a week after interview visa is issued!
