If this pass by Supreme Court

They trying to remove CSPA and implement new system like age out child in F4 and F3 categories are auto conversion into F2b categories and wait more time.

no man ....u are wrong.......don't miss guide people please.........guys listen this is good for the derivative child who are CSPA age out under F3 and F4 ....once a child is age out , then CSPA law protects that child.......then if that child is also age out under CSPA then they are not able to retain its previous Priority date..but,when this argument will be pass by supreme court then those derivative child will able to retain his/her previous Priority date under new petition F2b...(means new petition f2b ,but old priority date)................

hopefully, this will pass in February or March.......

So when I get coa and fee payment ? Before currunt in visa bulletin?

hello guys....hows everybody.....

i want to share my family case under F2B...His petition was filled under F2b on APRIL,1995...............and he received his COA and other documents from NVC , when Visa bulletin dates of F2b was 1JULY,1994.........almost 8-9 months before.................

secondly, one more guy under F4 having PD 22 January,2002 and he received COA and other documents from NVC back on December 2012 and at that time visa bulletin dates was 1 April,2001.........:)

so guys we have to wait for next few months......
