current vb is 8 sep 2001 and ur pd is 28 may 2002 this means u r away 9 months aprox. from ur pd now if vb continues to go in this speed then add 5 to 6 months to ur pd date. this will be ur aprox. waiting time to receave ur IL or may be earlier.i am possitive on earlier.my pd is the same month and year.like ur.

You did the right thing,if the NVC doesn't reply your adding-child-petition,then you should at least contact the embassy of your location after your pd becomes due.

NVC asked me to email birth certificate and passport copy which I did, but today we have received packet IV email (interview letter) and my son's name is not included. Can you tell me how can I contact islamabad embassy and request them about reissuing interview letter with child's name on it. My son is 19 months old.

questions:

1. How can I inform islamabad embassy about adding child to interview letter?

2. How to request reissuance of interview letter?

2. his mdical cannot be done without interview letter

3. Can we take him to embassy with interview letter?

NVC asked me to email birth certificate and passport copy which I did, but today we have received packet IV email (interview letter) and my son's name is not included. 1. Please fill up DS230 P1 where you need to mention your child name who will accompany with you

2. Take him with you during interview and request Visa Officer to include him .

3. Visa officer then give you a medical form for your son to complete and give a date to come for your child visa only. You will get your own visa but your child visa will be pending for a medical . Please take your child passport and birth certificate during visa interview.

My PD is 30 july 2002 and i haven't received any notification about "choice of agent" or paying visa fees yet. I have already mailed NVC asking for our case's status , still to receive reply.

I am wondering did you get any notification from them ? as your PD is dec,2002.

Can you throw some light on this? Thanks in advance.

my pd is dec,2002...........did u call or email nvc after getting invoice id number ????????????

because when i open screen with invoice id number it shows the names of all the applicants and invoiced fee bills.............

Isn't it possible if I could some how inform embassy to reissue the interview letter with addition of our childs name on it, because I am in karachi and going islamabad for interview, coming back for child's visa is very difficult. Is there any other way that we all done in one go.

I was searching for addition on child on other forum and guy there suggested about informing embassy and reissuance of letter so medical can be done, but it was some other country. I was thinking of acheiving the same in pakistan. My PD is 13 sep 2001 so surely one month movement.

secondly,dnt wry about your child.during interview time all will be sort out....please dnt worry......
