my case was completed in june 2011 and received i/l on 25th october 2013 but now do i have to fll out the new form DS-260 online and send it to NVC? confused as case is competed but.........DS-260?

I have a question, or if anyone been through the same situation. My PD is 13 Sep 2001, case was completed in 2011 (means I had submited all the documents and ds-230 forms of all family members). In 2012 ALMIGHTY ALLAH blessed me with another baby. Can you please guide me how can I add this child to my visa application at NVC?. do I need to send fee, birth certificate & ds-230 of this child to NVC or I have to resubmit all members ds230 again because as parents number of cildren mention on ds-230 & on other family members accompanig person mention on their ds-230

Please help me guys .

Send a email to NVC asap or call them and inform about the newly born and then follow the instructions by NVC.
