check the number of applicants on the left side of the graph ....................

Yeah, I'm staring at it right now. Count the peaks and the LIFE Act applicants total over a million. That doesn't prove your assertion that the demand for visa is high until Aug. 2001; that's when the USCIS finished COUNTING the applications, not the date it set for LIFE Act due date. That still holds to be April 30th, 2001. You do realize that getting one million petitions over the span of twelve months is extremely extraordinary and well beyond the USCIS's capability to process in timely manner, as a bureaucratic quadriplegic it already is. Now, granted, the AOS & consular processing for LIFE Act applicants is probably still occurring, though nearing its end (it's been cumulatively almost a year since the PD was reached both before and after the Retrogression of 2011), which could have possibly contributed to rather slow movement for this VB, but saying that the demand is high TILL Aug. 2001 because of the LIFE Act is blatantly wrong.

Jolly, and all those who are here: Let's not predict VB anymore. No one in the world knows how that would play out this year, let alone next month. Jolly, you said the October VB "will" be at least Aug 22, 2001 and you missed it by two weeks (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/268925-all-f4s/page-328). I don't know on what grounds you are making claims like this (I guess I can give you till next month for which you cited a lawyer), but you consequently leave so many people who actually listen and believe in your words here really disappointed and frustrated. Let's not do that anymore. If you have credible news you can cite, be my guest and post it up. Otherwise, keep it to yourself.

Being optimistic is definitely healthier than being pessimistic, but when in excess under unrealistic expectations it's just as bad as its counterpart. There's such thing as being delusional.

Guys, don't be panic. See how other categories moved (except for F2A which stays current):

F1 and F2B: 2 weeks

F3: no movement

F4: 2 weeks

So, all categories moved slowly. This is not because F4 is still suffering a heavy demand. It simply means DOS is limiting the October's visa numbers. In other words, they are not distributing visa numbers evenly between 12 months.

hi,do you mean that the VB will move forward much faster next month ?

hi,do you mean that the VB will move forward much faster next month ?

No, at this point I don't see any indication that VB will move "fast" in the upcoming months.

As I observed, 1 month per month movement is sustainable, anything beyond that is not sustainable, and the " debt of rapid progressing" will be paid back by us later on, if any unreasonable jump occurs.
