You will not get COA anymore. Next is interview letter which is Packet IV. I am also waiting for that. You may have to submit police clearance and recent tax return from your petitioner.

I checked that website I dont get get anything after putting my file number its just not recognizing my file number at all my pd is nov 2005

Hi Guys .. I have 2 quistions:

1- what is the meaning of COA ..(appreviation of what) ? what is the approximate time to receive it ?

2- my PD May 2004 .. but my brother did not ask me for any documents for my kids and my wife ... did it mean that he applied only for me? or he will ask me all details after starting my visa processing in NVC ?

any body have any preditcion for my file .. apoximatly ..when it will be currunt ?

both by email and post...but for email you have to register your email id to nvc.......

Just put down the phone after talking to an NVC representative. She gave me a standard reply saying that visa numbers are not yet available and that she would not be in a position to comment as to when i can expect to receive COA (PD 24 August 2002). I even quoted the case of the guy with 22Sep 2002 having received COA (as reported on this forum). Can't comment was the response. Am confused. Is this 22 Sep person authentic?

First filers of 2004 should know about VJ forum and then even if they are present, they will only discuss when they receive anything from NVC..

As jolly said, any F4 filers till september 2002, start calling/ email NVC / DOS(202-663-1225 Option 1 then option 0) ..your waiting time is coming to an end..Good Luck..

Would DOS be in a position to comment on despatch of COA? I have alreadyspoken to NVC and drawn a blank...

I have few question

My brother filled petition for me in nov 2005 for f4 category

1st. Can I send nvc email or my brother hsve to email them if we want to add my wife and 2 kids children are 7 n 2 yesrs old

2nd . Someone told me we can wait until we get current then we can add spouse n kids I mean when we get interview call ? Is that right or should we add now or when is good time to add them should we wait

3rd if suppose we add them and send email to nvc do we get anything in mail or something to confirm that kids n spouse added to file also does adding make any difference on waiting period I mean does adding make case more delayed or no
