One of my friend called nvc on Friday regarding his case and nvc told him he will recieve his COA and other paper in december 2013.................his Pd is dec,2002 and F4......................

This is 100% sure information............................good.gif

MY PD IS APRIL 2002. I CHECKED. CASE IS WITH NVC. BUT NOT RECD ANY COA OR ANY OTHER PAPERS. WHAT SHOULD I ASK NVC ABOUT?

yeah must call to nvc and also put email to nvc............u will definitely get your papers........

LIFE ACT applicants pd's was up to 30,April,2001...........now from next month cut off dates will move fast........DOS will predict coming VB movement in October vb or in November vb for sure..........good.gifgood.gif

This slow movement is due to LIFE ACT APPLICANTS.................

Yes I have also submitted all my papers, fees AOS, COA and case is completed in 2011. waiting for PD to get current. Will I still get COA and other papers again?

No I have not received any such email from NVC. I emailed to NVC about this but all I got was auto response email.
