I have my friend in F3..his PD is june 2002...he got his COA and other papers in April 2010........right now he is in usa........ idea9dv.gif

now F4 VB is 22 july,2001...so those guys whose PD is in aug,2002 under F4 will get their COA and other papers in the next month.................................good.gif

Secondly,if we see that graph which i uploaded ...........logically,the demand seems to very low after aug,2001....

hey read it........important one............explanation of that graph ,which i uploaded...........

http://heartland.org/sites/all/modules/custom/heartland_migration/files/pdfs/12654.pdf

The scale of the LIFE Act amnesty dwarfs all others since the Immigration Reform and Control

Act (IRCA) of 1986 (see Figure 1). From January 2001 until the end of August 2001, more than 1.8
million new non-refugee/asylee applications and petitions were received by the INS, compared with
725,000 over the same period in 2000. (The application deadline for the program was April 30, but the
INS did not finish counting them until the end of August.)19 This avalanche of petitions caused the already too-large processing backlogs at INS.............

thank savvy and joly today i called nvc rhey ewplied that you will be informed when your case is reffered to embessy and your case is with nvc what dose that mean¿??????

it means , your case is still in NVC processing.

Reason is not defined by NVC.

you should ask the reason.

whether it is because of any document which is missing , or any other reason.
