it says , they are going to eliminate F4 category altogether.

petitions pending for many year may obtain immigration visa through merit based track 2.

Don't be sad guyz the cases which are approved and filed 10 to 13 years before will not be affected by the bill. They all will get their fruit fully and there are no complications in their cases as merit based track 1 or 2 blah blah blah. They will be interviewed simply and will get their green cards.

If they will cancel all the approved and pending petitions then why they talk about clearing family backlogs and why they talk about giving another 18 months to file petitions for siblings once the bill becomes a law??

Jolly Relax.

I know that is frustrating , waiting in pipeline.

but don't lose your temper.

and remember , in USA you have to do everything yourself for example dish cleaning , cloths cleaning and etc.And here in pakistan and india we have maids and workers to work for us.

so don't get frustrate. enjoy your life in india and wait for your turn.
