2 parallel processings may create complications.

No complications ll be happened my friend. Stop making ppl scared.

@ shabin, nothing to be scared. All chances of new immigration bill enactment is your pd ll be current immidiate and there will be a rapid speed in visa bulletin. Moreover From FY 2015 ( 14 th October 2014) they will start using unused visa since 1992 and 2012. Once it happen, there will be another speedy momvment ( at least 3 years for FB4 category). Anyway Approved petitions have nothing to loose. Only once bill becomes a law, after 18 months no person ( us citizen) can file a petition for their siblings. Merit based track 2 will be used to clear the backlogs it means there will bo criteria or rules to achive a visa through track 2. They will just use the visa numbers allotted for track 2 to clear the existing backlogs. Nothing to loose for those approved and pending petitions. If bill become law it will speed up the processing time that's it.
