Obama said he's very confident on the immigration bill ; although he hasnt seen senates proposal of bill.

Moreover the previous bill is too old for today; and not compatible for present time.Theres no chance they will keep ligering to it any longer.

The new bill will pass ; and i dont have any doubts about it.

Best is to wait and watch.

You have the right to have an opinion, not come to a false statement without any evidence. And yeah it has to be who's smart or not, cause if you were smart, you would have known the difference between an opinion and a statement!

If the president of the United States, states, that he is confident on the bill, who are you to state otherwise, without any evidence?

People like you, should be denied FB4 or any other visas, just based on your Intelligence Level!

secondly, house judiciary commetiee also schedule hearing on CIR 2013 on 22/5/2013..this is also good news...

What I am thinking is if they recapture unused visas from 1992-2013; we can see huge jump in Oct bulletin.

I am hoping the cases which are already completed and waiting for visa number could get "current".

This bill should really prevent these visas getting wasted.

Once the Bill is passed...it will solve atleast a few problems faced by everyone..
