we should not panic bout this elimination because they didnt mention that they will also eliminate those who have already filled and got approved.if we see the cir bill of 2007 then we can understand that.think bout it,if they eliminate us then they will lose their vote.and obama clearly mentioned that the bill will help to reduce backlogs.if they eliminate us they obviously there wont be any backlogs left.

no prediction until CIR bill,when bill pass then we can predict but this time time MAY 2013 vb must be 1 June 2001.

my petitioner is asking , is it necessary to attest Sponsorship document I-864 ?

or it can be just filled and sign , no attestation ????

no attestation is required just petitioner signature and his tax return.

Interview tomorrow, APR-02-2013, US Embassy Islamabad. 8:00 AM.

What they asked for: a petitioner document + medical results + passports + applicant photos.

What we're taking (in totally transparent folders): new I-864s + most recent tax returns + new PCCs + new DS-230s + medical results + the required petitioner document + family photos + old and new passports + applicant photos + CVs + Degrees + photocopies of what is already submitted to the NVC + some other miscellaneous documents + alot of hopes!
