Movement of CIR

Good Luck..

Thank you for your information. There isn't very much we could do for we are not in America. What we must speak out is the elimination of F3,F4 while giving amnesty to 12 million illegals is unjustified. My mother is also the mother of my sister in America,my mother has been blind for decades, who looks after her while my sister is in America? Those illegals?

elimination of f3 and f4

visit the above link.

you guys would be surprised to know that gang of 8 senators are Completely eliminating F3 and F4 categories.

it means the people who have been petitioned and approved and even their case is completed and fees paid still they would be eliminated.

so if your are not current you are not going to America.

sad :crying: :crying:

According to Wikipedia information.

they will first clear the backlog of family based and skilled workers legal immigrant visas and than they will give the green card to illegal 11 million people in united states.

But it is not mentioned whether or not f3 or f4 will also be included in clearing the backlog.

so situation is not clear. quiet complex.

and it has become more complex when a attorney on ilw.com website is saying that eliminating approved and petitioned f3 and f4 cases who are waiting for their priority date to became current is injustice.

tahmina is also a attorney , she must be saying this after some research.

Now only GOD knows what is gonna happen next and gang of 8 senators know what they would do in future.

we will know the complete updated reform bill on 8 April i guess.

I talk to my brother he heard nothing about that however there is possibility that no new petition for F4 and F3 will be received any more. And existing petition will be proceeded for immigration.
