Most likely Immigration Reform bill will eliminate F3 and F4 visas.. If this bill pass than it means that US citizen is not eligible to sponser their siblings and married sons and daughter..

And those people who are already waiting will get visa??? or they also eliminated???

As far as i think it will not effect all those people who are already filed.. it will only effect US citizen as he will not sponser anyone for F3 or F4 visa..

But still dont know maybe we all will be eliminated... Because white house can do anything.. we can only pray that immigration reform bill may not pass.

My dear still no official news regarding F3 and F4. they are saying bullshit.

Me and jolly786 alll the day discussing and finding CIR news so dont worry and wait for CIR bill when it will introduce then we can read it and let me know you there is no debate about eliminating F3 and F4 category from VISA process. just wait till 22 march because Gang of 8 senator expected to introduce CIR at 22 march but Most probably it will introduce on 8th April.
