One more question.. Do I need to make translation of NIC for the interview?? They have not asked specifically for this but I think it is an important document. What you guys say??

Dua there is no need for translation of NIC.

Caucasians are very intelligent and smart people.

you don't need to prove yourself extra.

just take the documents along with you to interview which are important and mentioned.

for example

photographs

medical

police certificates

DS-230

I-864 with new tax returns

Passport valid up to 6 months

-----------xxxxxxxxxxx----------------------

now you can take these important documents as well with yourself.

Bank statements

Property document if applicable

Educational documents

NIC original

remember these documents are not necessary , they are just additional documents.

No need to show , until they ask you to show.

Yes finally, my husband and I will finally be current. PD April 30th 2001. Already had interview in NYC just waiting for visa.

NEXT MONTH WE WILL SEE A GOOD MOVEMENT because the benificieries who already live in USA can adjust their status under life act and they were petitioned under F4 category till 30 April 2001.

Hope you are right Pak2002, last month visa bulletin says that up to two week movement until June 2013. Praying for the best!!!
