Received my interview letter today. PD Apr-27-2001, Interview on Apr-2-2013. Name of all the applicants on it :) even the cspa cases.

I am just worried for my brother's CSPA.. I would share CSPA details shortly.. Need your help guyss

pd is April 28,2001 and we have got interview letter :)))

Need your expert opinion!!!

Does our Age freeze at the time our priority date gets current?? Or it is locked at the time interview is conducted??

Secondly what happens to CSPA cases when the case is in AP???

Plz help

Dua , yes.

Your age get freeze when your priority date becomes current for the first time.

your priority date was current for the first time on August 2010.

Now you can calculate your age.

Age when priority date become current for the first time - time consumed in case approval = C.S.P.A age

YEAH once PD become current the CSPA age locked/freez under SEC1153(H)2

SECONDLY IF APPLICANT IN AP then there is no problem how much its going longer your CSPA age locked.

2ndly dont forget to submit your VISA APPLICATION DS-230 WITH IN A YEAR AFTER YOUR PD CURRENT.

IF YOU FAIL TO DO S0 YOU CANT BE PROTECTED UNDER CSPA UNDER SEC1153(h)3.

Hi!! Thanks :) I pray for you guys also to get yours soon!!!.. Trust me we waited for three years to get interview letter only:s

Our interview is on April 22nd and yes me and my brother's name are included.. Thank God:)

you are ahead of us in journey.

I am waiting for your interview experience. please do share.

And I think you guys won't go through AP because very few F4 cases are going through it and if they are going , they are going for few months.

Husband and wife cases get mostly stuck in AP.

Thanks Pak 2002 for replying to our queries.. I am not sure if this has been done as per the timeline you mentioned:( i would check with my uncle and get back to you.. I m worried again:/

Yea.. I would definately share with all of you.. No worries.. I may need some help to get through my int.. Plz pray our cases shall not face AP.. But due to our current crises i think there is no option:s
