WHEN BILL WILL PASS YOU GUYES CANT GET BENEFITS FROM IT,BECAUSE THEY JUST TEMPORARILY RECAPTURE UNUSED VISAS ACCORDING TO CURRENT INFORMATION,IF THEY INCREASE ANNUAL LIMIT THEN PD 2010 WILL BE CURRENT 2017,18 IF ANNUAL LIMIT WILL INCREASE FROM 65000 TO 144000.
