Guys, 2 members from Vietnamese forum with PD 16 & 18.04.2001 have just received I/L. Thank God. Finally, we move one week at least :thumbs:

I am having PD of 16/April/2001 but i didnt get any Interveiw Letter Yet.. :'(

I am having PD of 16/April/2001 but i didnt get any Interveiw Letter Yet.. :'(

I dont know guy. VN belongs to ROW group, and ur from India - another group. So maybe the VB between two groups are different this month. Just my pure guess :)

I think no movement in F4. Thats y u not recieved Interview Letter.

approved at 29 OCT 2009

can any body give me the approximate date for my interview?

and i have my son will be 21 at June 2015

will he can catch me to get the immigration visa?

4- Case sent to NVC on Nov 2, 2009

5- June 23,2016 : Petitioner's name appeared

6- July 19,2016 : DS-261 Online Choice of Address and Agent & DS-260, Online

Immigration Visa and Alien Registration Application are Opened

(NOT Activated).

7- ???????????? : Received DS-261

8- ???????????? : Submit DS-261

9- July 20, 2016 : AOS and IV fees Bill activated.

10- July 20, 2016 : Pay AOS Fees

11- July 21, 2016 : Received AOS Fees

12- July 22, 2016 : Pay IV Bill (4 persons)

13- July 22, 2016 : Pay fee for CSPA case

14- July 25, 2016 : Received IV Bill (4 persons)

According to present movements your PD will become current on August 2016 and your child will be around 22 years old. I think CSPA applies. Check to see if this law will protect your son even he turns 21 years old. CSPA CHILD STATUS PROTECTION ACT. Best of luck.

and do i have to carry bill of that dollar ?

You are allowed to enter with US$10,000 cash undeclared meaning you can pass through the border/airport without telling anyone if you have less than $10,000. Anything higher you should let the authorities know.

Based on F4 PDs in the February visa bulletin for Worldwide, China & India your case is 3 years from being current. If ends up that it takes 4 years for you to become current your son will be 23 yrs old. It took 5 years for your petition to be approved so 23-5 = 18 years old (CSPA age of your son). If you are from Mexico/the Philippines that's a different story.

I over estimated how long it would take for you to become current because most categories are taking longer and longer to become current.
