do we even have anyone with PD between April 16 2001 and April 22 2001??

No waleed.

No I/L yet.

It looks like either dates aren't moving this month or coming back to per-retrogression date.

Waleed why this is happening to us .......

first I estimated that my interview would take place in December , now estimated in June. but it is not looking like that , it can go more further.

what if there are no more visa numbers left...

hope for the best guyes.

immigration reform will directly effect us and you guyes will see it will pass earlier summer or after spring.

7 days ago obama said in his speech those live here illegal CIR will back them in line and those who are citizen of america and want to get their family members in USA and they face many years so CIR will change legal immigration system.

so its mean they will reduce the wait time by adding new visa numbers.

when obama sign the bill so it will become law and law is force able to implement after pass.

when bill pass the VB automatically will speed up and it will end backlog in family and employment base visa category.

GOOD LUCK ALL

Jolly bill won't benefit our cases , because it will take 6 months to 1 year for implementation.

hope for the best guyes.

I ASKED FROM LAWYER ABOUT F4 BACKLOG AND WAIT TIME ACCORDINGLY CIR AND HE ANS ME LIKE THAT

"" If they do advance the priority dates then this would certainly speed up the process. F4s have the longest wait times, even 22 years for Filipinos. And indeed there has been talk of including the advancement of these in immigration reform. We could just hope it comes to fruition. """
