Please forget about that "Comprehensive Immigration Reform",it's a fancy. And it will not effect most of us because we will have already immigrated to America before it is carried out.

please pay more attetion to Mr Charles Oppemheim's words. He is the person who can predict the advancement of the Visa Bulletin.

I think nothing will happen and all those people whose priority date is after jan 2002 should stop seeing visa bulletin now and should see it after atleast 2 years. As it is moving only 1 week in a month from last 5 months. So this is reality. And i dont think that immigration reform bill will pass. it is only a timepass.

Just see that we already know the american election date which is Nov 8, 2016. But we dont know the visa bulletin date of next month. From 7 to 12 of every month we just checking the visa bulletin. Bottom line is nothing will happen.

More important thing is there are only 65000 visas in F4. Now total cases are approx 2,500,000. So how can we get an interview in 11 or 12 years. I think it will delay and move to atleast 20 years in most favourable countries and it can go 20 years plus if F4 cases increase from 2.5 million. So this is reality. 1 week movement every month.

President Obama will introduce Comprehensive immigration reform on 12,feb,2013......

Whenever or whereever we immigrate to America,we shall not lose our hope.

Now who got news from Mr oppenheim?I also heard in September last year that the VB will speed up after February 2013.

This is said by chairman since september 2012.

Read last line about FB in this articale.

Charles oppenheim said from march 2013 ....they will speed up the movement of PD....

That article does not say anything about things speeding up on March 2013.

It only talks about F2A and says "if demand continues to be low, this group may move forward more significantly in the spring of 2013"
