Immigration reform bill is all about stem visas and exempting their family like spouse and minor children from visa quota and giving them the status of Immediate relative. And this bill will also increase the per country cap from 7% to 10%. So how will it benefit F4????

It will not increase the Visa Number only increase the per country Cap. For us it is just like H.R 3012

Can any body help me finding answers for below!

1. If in DS 230 mentioned by an applicant that he travel with his spouse and children but due to any reason if one or more can not travel with him what will happen can they travel separately ??

2. if main applicant leave the country (Resident country) what will be the process will there application be valid? if yes what will be the process to change his application number

no dear u r wrong....as u above mentioned these are old bills.....the real comprehensive immigration reform will be pass in 2013..which must include the following points to overcome the backlogs for family based category..see this is the one part of this bill...it must consist of many other issue..thats y it is called as "comprehensive"..

1..they will going to increase visas under family based category to over come backlogs..

2..they will reused the unused visas since 1992 to 2007..which are approximately 20lakhs visas...

3.and they are going to include lot of other things...like (Green card holder...consider them as immediate relatives...)

u see definitely this bill become law in 2013 soon and dates will moves in years....

..but some amount of pessimism whether "Ink" will be available in "White House" to sign..

these are the total number of petitions approved by USCIS till now under f4........
