I read the article and the hottest topic on the forum these days that is Life Act.. I m sorry I don't Hv a sound knowledge on this immigration, so can someone please tell me in brief what it is and what impact it has ?? Plz

My pd is 28 April 2001 which means I am cover in this

Hi

I like this site very much

MY PD AUG2002 and F4 catagory

I have visited USA in 2001 to 2003 with H1 Visa

I overstayed around 5 months

So this situation can make any problem

Please help me

All of us can help you in terns of documentation and related questions, but for overstay, it would be better to consult a immigration lawyer for you to proceed in such a scenario..:yes:

This proposal was before the elections and would have been feasible if Mitt Romney became president...The present reality as u know is not...

actually president obama told in his conference that immigration reform bill 2013 is very similar to the previous immigration bill of 2007....so we hope this bill become law very soon ......

Hello every one.....Good news for F4 in Comprehensive immigration reform bill are as follow :-

Allocation of Immigrant Visas- Section 203(a) (8 U.S.C. 1153(a)) is amended--

  • (1) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘23,400’ and inserting ‘127,200’;
    (2) by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the following:

‘(2) UNMARRIED SONS AND UNMARRIED DAUGHTERS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT ALIENS- Qualified immigrants who are the unmarried sons or unmarried daughters (but are not the children) of an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence shall be allocated visas in a number not to exceed 80,640, plus any visas not required for the class specified in paragraph (1).’;

(3) in paragraph (3), by striking ‘23,400’ and inserting ‘80,640’; and
(4) in paragraph (4), by striking ‘65,000’ and inserting ‘191,520’.
The above information is very 100 % sure and hopefully with in 2-3 months this bill becomes LAW for sure......:dance:
