I am in the same boat like you who had interview back in Feb, 2011. my PD is April 17, 2001. Do you know what would be the next step for people like us once visa number is available. Any thoughts? BTW my fingerprints were renewed this October.

Hope this would be true in our cases also

Guyes US DEPARTMENT OF STATE CONSULAR AFFAIRS ON FACE BOOK PAGE Place a topic( VISA BULLTIN PD) for discussion.

WHERE I PLACES MY QUESTION AND I GET THIS ANSWER

( I have question about Priority dates UNcertainity. because ONce Department of state retrogress F4 priority dates in feb2011 and now moving to much slow whats the reason behind it? And Now again PD 2001 was current in june2012 and NVC sent DS3032 july 2002 for ROW so MY QUESTION IS WHEN PD 2002 will current? its to much frustrating US and the other thing is that DOS must take equality for everyone.thank you)

ANS:Response to Naveed Ahmed: Naveed, The demand for visas in the Family Fourth Preference (F4) category exceeded the supply available at that time. To prevent the annual limit from being exceeded, the cut-off date was retrogressed to limit the amount of visas being issued. The cut-off date is recovering from that retrogression, but demand remains high and

forward movement of the cut-off date has been slowed. You should stay tuned to the visa bulletion for periodic updates on visa availability. You can find the bulletin here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html.
