He has just confirmed that her sister's PD is 03April01, not 16April01.

I dont think he lied. That's her sister's PD, not his. So maybe her sister didnt know anything about her file and she told him the wrong PD...

So we're just moving 1 week so far.

i again tried o calculate cspa on website you sen me...it says " Qualifies for CSPA if “sought to acquire” LPR status before August 10, 2011 "

i think it means if we have submitted ds-230 before august 2011 , then my bro is eligible..so i think nothing to worry about coz we have submitted his ds-230 in 2010 and nvc accepted his ds-230 also..and his name was also there in checklist

The last bulletin moved 10 days, I know it is not a whole lot but I wish it moved another 10 days in January so that I can be current... this is so frustrating!
