i again tried o calculate cspa on website you sen me...it says " Qualifies for CSPA if “sought to acquire” LPR status before August 10, 2011 "

i think it means if we have submitted ds-230 before august 2011 , then my bro is eligible..so i think nothing to worry about coz we have submitted his ds-230 in 2010 and nvc accepted his ds-230 also..and his name was also there in checklist

if someone cant submit his/her Ds.230 at the ist time when visa number available for his/her category then he/she can submit 2nd time when visa become available..if 2and time his/her age qualify for CSPA..

honestly i doubt this is real, anyone else receive an interview letter with a priority date at least after april 8th to confirm? our priority date is april 13th

You will get your I/L soon cuz some time nvc send i/l earlier ans some time late.

Guys what you all are talking about:(.. I am lost?? why are you worried for CSPA?? and i read somewhere in forum that you need to say in form that you come under CSPA:s.. i have no idea that my uncle did this.. we only filled Ds230 forms and as far as i recall there was nothing like this.. can you please help???
