thnx bro...i will email today...if you have any oher suggestions then plz give me...thnx.

we are worried. :(

Congratulations on your interview, what's your interview date?

Pak2002 is pretty right from what I read. First, at this stage, NVC can't help you because your case is at the Mumbai US embassy/consulate.

So what you, your brother or your parents should do is send an email to the IV unit (immigrant visa unit) of the embassy. That email should have the case # as the subject. In the email should have the case#, beneficiary's name, category and territory as the letter head. Next, give all the info you gave here which includes what happened in 2010 when you received packet 3 (his name being included and his fees & requested documents being submitted with the rest of your family). In this same letter include his date of birth, when the case was approved, when you filed and a contact # (to save time in case they want to speak to anyone).

If you get an auto response read it carefully and if it doesn't tell you what specifially CSPA candidates should do to address this problem, try sending the same email with the subject being '2nd inquiry: case#'. If they aren't answering your email, have your bro do the PCC and accompany your family to the interview (bring relevant docs, that is his PCC and BC) and hopefully the CO will make a decision while you are being interviewed that your bro is CSPA covered and issue him a 'Blue sheet' which allows your bro to do a medical. Everything should work out from there.

yes..we have submitted 404 $ for him...total 1616 $ submitted in 2010.and his name was there in reciept.

today i opened the online nvc fee account...his status of fee is " paid "

my age is 21 yr and 3 months.

we have already hired immi lawyer in usa in for cspa of my bro..he processed our case...but i wonder why this happened :(

so then dont worry just print NVC FEE PAYMENT RECEIPT AND GET HIS MEDICAL........NO WORRRRRIESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

AND MIGHT BE NVS mistakenly left your bro name.cuz many time nvc do mistakes.i know because im going through.

just print NVC IV FEE PAYMENT SLIP AND PRESENT IT WHEN YOU GO FOR MEDICAL AND GET ALL NEEDED DOCUMENTS FOR HIS AT THGE TIME OF HIS INTERVIEW.

good luck

JUST SEND EMAIL YO EMBASSY FOR HIS MEDICAL AND GETTING PCC is not problem

when you go for medical the physician must check interview letter then he shall do.

i suggest you get his PCC AND COMPLETE HIS P3/CIVIL DOCUMENTS BECAUSE IF EMBASSY REPLIED YOU BRING DERIVATIVE CHILD TO EMBASSY FOR HIS CSPA ELIGIBILITY SO WHERE THEY WILL CALCULATE SO IF YOU HAVE ALREADY HIS DOCUMENTS THEN YOU CAN SUBMIT THERE ON THE SPOT FOR AVOIDING OTHER DELAY.

THE PROBLEM IS MEDICAL SO I SUGGEST YOU CALCULATE HIS CSPA BY SPECIFIC WEBSITE AND GET PRINT IT OUT AND BRING IT AT THE TIME OF MEDICAL AND TELL YOUR PROBLEM TO PHYSICIAN AND OFCOURS HE WILL.

good luck

we have already submitted his all documents at nvc in 2010...and also submitted ds 230 when our pd was current....even his name was also there in rfe (checklist ) and document cover page(barcoded )

but i dont understand why his name is not there in i/l coz our immi lawyer has already count his cspa calculations and send it to nvc .

so then dont worry just print NVC FEE PAYMENT RECEIPT AND GET HIS MEDICAL........NO WORRRRRIESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

really ? it is possible to get medical done on fee payment receipt ? here physician ask for i/l for every applicant
