per my understanding , immigration reform is to adjust those who are in U.S but out of status. They overstayed and got stuck and now this reform will give them a legal status as long as they were in good standing other than violating their visa.

ds 230 and other documents submit : 25th october 2010

get checklist (rfe ) via email from nvc : 20 november 2010

submitted required documents like pcc ., additional sponcer : 20 december 2010

AOS fee payment proceed date :19 august 2010 (88$)

visa fee payment process date:14 October 2010 ( for my parents ,one brother and for me 404$*4=1616 $ )

dob : 8/17/1986 (my brothers dob )

case completes according to avr of nvc : 11th january 2011 (documentary qualified )

my brothers name is not mentioned in i/l..so how can we do his medical and pcc ? and what about iv ?

I would say to call NVC and ask about Y your brother's name was not on I/L and go from there...

but i wonder why his name is not included in p4 btw..i got one letter from nvc in last year october 2011.

consequently the child is no longer eligible tobew a derivative applicant on this petition.upon entering US,the principal applicant may file a separete immigrant visa petition with the department of Homeland security's office of u.s citizenship and immigration services (usics ) on behalf of their son and daughter.

"There is a law, the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA), which applies to a narrow range of cases that may allow the beneficiary's son or daughter to remain eligible under this petition. At the time of the parent's visa interview, the consular officer will determine whether or not CSPA is applicable in this particular situation."

JUST SEND EMAIL YO EMBASSY FOR HIS MEDICAL AND GETTING PCC is not problem

when you go for medical the physician must check interview letter then he shall do.

i suggest you get his PCC AND COMPLETE HIS P3/CIVIL DOCUMENTS BECAUSE IF EMBASSY REPLIED YOU BRING DERIVATIVE CHILD TO EMBASSY FOR HIS CSPA ELIGIBILITY SO WHERE THEY WILL CALCULATE SO IF YOU HAVE ALREADY HIS DOCUMENTS THEN YOU CAN SUBMIT THERE ON THE SPOT FOR AVOIDING OTHER DELAY.
