Hello Visa Grant,

its nice that you started a separate thread for f4=)

my PD is 21 April,2001 and approval date is 2009. we are just expecting to have our interview soon. can you please help what happens when PD becomes current and when should i expect interview. i am too worried if i will aged out.. what will happen..i think as per the CSPA i am eligible.. please guide me with your expertise!!!

i replied your question 2 times where i mention you are 100% protected by cspa hai cuz your are now 22 years old and your case taken to much time for approval i mean 8 years so that 8 years will be minus your age when your PD became available as per DOS visa bulletin.

And you will soon receive interview letter either coming months or january2013..probably

NVC send i/L Befor one month your interview.

Hello All F4's!!!

I was just wondering do we require to prepare for English Language test such as TOEFL or IELTS?? We would go there as an immigrant and in order to work or stuy i guess we need to show rnglish test results to proof our competency in English..

please help if anyone has got facts and experience in this:)

As You have applied for F4 immigration visa, you do not require any english competency certificate for the visa to get approve. However, If you want to take admission at any University or college, you need to show the score of TOEFL or GRE or IELTS at respective college or University.

Hi,

As You have applied for F4 immigration visa, you do not require any english competency certificate for the visa to get approve. However, If you want to take admission at any University or college, you need to show the score of TOEFL or GRE or IELTS at respective college or University.

Dua you don't need to give TOEFL test from pakistan.

This is not student visa, it is immigration visa.

If you have done intermediate , and you want to take Admission in university then you would take SAT , TOEFL , GED & ACT test in USA.

And if you want to take admission in master programs , then TOEFL and GRE.

TOEFL is not necessary , but it would help you if you get high score.

so first go to USA , and make correct and solid decision there , Education is easy and fun there , but expensive too.

Thanks for responding:).. I agree that for student visa we need to give TOEFL or IELTS but I was just wondering that we as an immigrants go there and plan for further studies like masters do in that case also you mean to say we should prepare for IElTS/ TOEFL and get required scores???

Thanks!!.. Actually my friend advised me to prepare for TOEFL as I am planning to opt for Mastere once in US hopefully.. So, it seems that though we go as an immigrant there but if anyone would like to study he or she should give TOEFL or IELTS??? Correct me if I m wrong

Thanks Pak2002!!.. Actually I am learning this forum as I am new.. So will get it through too:).. Well I am 24 years which is also covering under CSPA but I m worried as unka koi bharosa nahi:s

i also think that jan vb will be 15 april..coz i seen lower demand of visas in december list of mumbai ...and dos predicted 1 or 2 week ...so i think it will be 15 april.

1. For the interview the petitioner is providing the latest sponsorship info and papers. Does the beneficiary need to show funds to get the visa.
2. what happens if the beneficiary is unable to arrange the papers in time (assume there are no papers) but the petitioner will be guaranteeing. will this help?

Since this is F4 is it still going to be an issue?.

Also do we need to show english proficiency tests scores.

Need response from all of you who have experience with this.

ANS 1: The principal applicant does,t need to show his/her income if he/she has too much money then he can show if petitioner AOS is not sufficient and not meeting POVERTY guide line there is no problem for showing his/her fund SO ITS Mean that his/her money also supportable for intending immigrants.

ANS 2: if applcant cant arrange the needed papers like AOS,PCC, CIVIL DOCUMENTS....ETC THEN his/her case will be delay untill applicant meet the visa requirement.

ANS 3:ALL FAMILY IMMIGRANTS VISAS DOES,T NEED English proficiency test these type of test for F1 student visas.
