your current age is 22 now and tell me when your petition got approved????.if it took 3 to 4 years then you will get your visa with you family.cuz i dont have your approval date so i cant calculate.

usually f4 petition take 2,3,4,5,7,9 years for approval.so that time will be minus from your current age at the time of VISA number available in your F4 category.if that time your age calculated under 21 then you will be elifible.

an other thing why nvc confirm all children age s (not above then 21 at the time of fee and documents submitition)

like in the end of 2010 they ask for all the doucuments and the fee from us but firstly they confirm all the ages of childeren not above then 21 at that time i am not above then 21

i am little much confused plz help me.....

i dont know when my petition got approved ? (do you mean when nvc receive my docs and visa fee?)

i dont undestand

approval mean when NVC 1rst time inform you and assigned case number.

contact your lawyer and get approval date.

when someone receive interview letter then we can predict visa bulletin movement..and we cant estimate how soon our date will come..NO ONE CAN PREDICT but Interview letters give us 80% prediction.

USCIS only send approvad petition in NVC then NVC assign case number and inform principal applicant.
