Hi you have to wait till end of 2013. My case is also documentary qualified from 23 Jan 2011 and priority date is 07 Feb 2002

hello,

i roshan bano along with my daughter and husband had given interview in jan 2011 but since then our case was in admin process. recently we came 2 know that me and my daughter r clear from AP and they ask for fresh DS230 form, photographs and medical for both of us. we sent all documents on 30 october 2012 but uptill now we haven't got any answer from Islamabad embassy. we tried to call them but no contact made. does any 1 have same kind of experience so plz share and do advice me wht 2 do next?

FOr calculation of CSPA we need your DAte of birth, petition approval date,and exact priority date then we can calculate your cspa..

petition approval mean when your US citizen filed petition then after this when NVC informed you or when USCIS sent NOTICE OF APPROVAL i-797 SENT TO YOUR US citizen address. get this info then we ll.

so you have to wait more untill embassy it self inform you for getting your passport.

another thing is that if AP has clear then you can get your visa before AP expiry date.if AP expire then Embassy again will put on AP.

so i dont know your AP is expire or not.

if they ask DS-230 from you then you must wait for getting passport. and tell me when you sent your ds-230?? tell me date

Your age is not freez yet my dear because your PD is june 2002.and cspa only applicable when you PD is available.your pd not current even one time.

your current age is 22 now and tell me when your petition got approved????.if it took 3 to 4 years then you will get your visa with you family.cuz i dont have your approval date so i cant calculate.

usually f4 petition take 2,3,4,5,7,9 years for approval.so that time will be minus from your current age at the time of VISA number available in your F4 category.if that time your age calculated under 21 then you will be elifible.
