Hi Sony2001, What docs are you having to preparing? Is it not your case completed. Only thing you might need is latest tax and medicals. Is there annthing else to prepare? Please leave your advise and thoughts much appreciated.

In December bulletin it is mentioned that visa availability in the upcoming months for F4 will be 1-2 weeks..! How long will it remain the same ?

yes my case is completed,on my checklist it says only financial evidence incomplete,everything else is ok,but i'm getting a new police records just in case,a new AOS from my brother in law,pictures that's all,made appointment for my medical already

If VISA movement continue like this way then I see no hope getting Visa in 2013 for priority date 2002. What you think !!!!

Thanks Sony2001, Good you are proactive, yes get that going. I do not think they would ask you for PCC but it never hurts to do what you are doing. Did you receive any medical information don't you have to get some forms to that effect (medical) from either NVC or Consulate. You do not want to be paying twice as the hospital wont really guide you on this, just check it out and also update if you think or find things differently.

no i didn't received any doc from the NVC about my medical,i just called the appropriate clinic made the appointment,and they told me what doc do i need to bring to the clinic,and yes i have to pay for the exam,but my worries is about my son he is 22 years and 3 months and the CSPA calculator says that he already aged out

oh sorry abt ur son cspa age out...it means he is not able to get visa with you...m sure abt it....but he is covered under "RETENTION OF PRIORITY DATE"..........send me ur priority date and approval date for the eligibility of ur son under CSPA......
