Its my pure guess and i get this from my US relatives and may be this will happen because of 2 year retrogression.FEB2011 TO FEB2013.....it must be jolly because its tough time for those who have not adjust their status even one time...current pd coming 2Nd time now time for others..if not then age out children will get their visa under F2b...cuz u know CSPA pd retention law going to pass.

This is so much bad perdiction by dos....dont knw wat they doing...i dnt thk so dates will move back in january2013.....bad luck with us guys....obama reselect again ..this will create more problrm for family based immigrants....
