Guys , if One person in our forum who has got IL Pd 26th March has interview in first week of Dec itself . ,Then don't you think the dates will certainly move forward for rest of the month of Dec.2012

an hour ago,i was asleep and my daughter woke me up,with a good news,but do you know what finance evidence do i have to present at the interview it says incomplete,is this a new affidavit?

at the time of ur case processing ur petitioner submitted AOS forms but they were incomplete and might be ur agent, attorney,petitioner,principal applicant got checklist email abOut that at the time of ur case processing so My suggestion is do complete NEW AOS and fill out new one with latest Tax return.

same happen with my uncle case NVC inform us with chechlist that if u will come for interview do complete new AOS and provide incomplete info which is occur ur previous AOS.

For ur help i post that email.

a checklist must be received by ur agent,attorney,principal applicant if there some missing or incomplete info.,if not RECEIVED then cosult ur petitioner or who mad AOS.
