9TH circuit just signed the law since 26sep......but OBAMA Adminisration still have 90 dayz for appeal against that Decsion who goes to help childs who left thier countrey due to CSPA over age, ofcours actual age is already over..........Now its good decision from congress and US court of appel that retain thier PD when their LPR parents file new petition and sign ORignal PD AND over age child can apply FOr visa after USCIS petition approval..

innocent.gifHi Friends, helpsmilie.gif

My PD is is April week one 2001 but my Aunts PD is 26th March 2001like sumi. My Aunt has not received any I/L so I am wondering how can this happen. Any thoughts??? Why one person on the same date did not receive invite .

I am not sure what to expect. I hope Sumi is correct and Sumi's PD is also correct.

Your thoughts and ideas will be well received.blink.gif

NO it will not cuz if law has paas then might be F2B visa annual limit has increase..this is the only thing they can do...becuz at this time large waiting for F4 and there must be to much Derivative benificiaries whose age will be out and they will retain their PD and Ofcours USCIS responsible for their visas.
