Thanks:)

Is it ok to send documents without NVC ask me to?

does it mean that I must first translate the documents?

what about changing the address?

Is it correct to write all this changing information in one mail?

Yes you should write in a single mail in a organized way. NVC will not ask you for your status change. It's you who will update your status time to time. Otherwise visa will be issued only for you and your spouse and children have to wait for 3 more years. If it is needed then do the translate and send the mail quickly otherwise you will be effected.

Mr. Oppenheim did not elaborate too much on family-based cases — so we are unable to provide his thoughts on this subject. However, the general expectation is that there family-based cases should continue to move with the same steady pace they have been moving over the past months

Now dont worry whose age out under prefrence category F4 or F3

CSPA PRIORITY DATE rentention law will be signed at 26 december 2012.

still BIA(Board of immigration appeals) not file appeal in supream court against 9th circuit desion.

Familes must be united IF childrens cspa age out under F3 & F4 categories.

This new cspa PD retention law when applied when someone CSPA age out not acctual age, remember this concept.

Hi Friends,

I am purely enquiring I guess the purpose of this (MUZ) link in just for information I guess. Right? I cannot see anything out there on F4 am I looking at something incorrectly?

As far as the movement for F4, I do not think it has moved at all (yes its a bit early to say). My guess is no movement for this bulletin and if we are lucky may be one week but I see no movement. (This is just for F4 am writing about).

This is the latest updates from US lawyers who met with MR.Oppenheim WHO r responsible for VB priority dates
