I need an advice!

when my sister applied for me I was single and the same year 2003 I get married and I change my last name. I also have 2 children.

The NVC does not have this information, so I need an advice what to do.

Should I send them documentation about marriage, changing last name and birth certificates for my husband and children, or to wait until they ask anything from me?

thanks

Hi

Please follow the below steps:

1. First of all you write a mail to NVC that you have got married and provide your marriage certificate and also notify that you have got 2 children by this time.

2. Attached the birth certificate of your children. Please note that the attachment should be in PDF format.

3. Please write the principal applicant name and date of birth and also write Petitioner's name and date of birth in the email to indentify your case.

4. Please write your case number as email subject. And send the email to this address:

NVCInquiry@state.gov

You will be notified once they completed the case update. I also updated my case in this way and NVC replied me with new visa fee documents for your spouse and children.

Good luck.

Anybody here know what happens if a derivative beneficiary ages out on cspa due to retrogression? we paid the visa fee when we were current back in 2010 but we didnt submit the ds-230 till after retrogression. so if december bulletin isnt atleast 5 weeks forwarded, one of the derivatives ages 21 plus with the cspa calculations. Anybody got any idea?

Since you have paid the fees, the best way is not to give up the Visa interview.

Is it ok to send documents without NVC ask me to?

does it mean that I must first translate the documents?

what about changing the address?

Is it correct to write all this changing information in one mail?

You can put all these information in one email...they should be able to update it...I think you need to attach translated document with the email for them so they can understand. Please attach orignal and translated copy to avoid any confusion...hope this helps!
