Yes it might effect everywhere cuz they want to slow movements around embassies during election! Don't hope too much for November VB, it's most probably slow movement or no movement at all !!

Past 2 election VB moved as follows:

October 08 - 2 weeks

November 08 - 3 weeks

December 08 - 7 weeks

January 2009 - 5 weeks

October 04 - No movement (15 August 1992)

November 04 - No movement (15 August 1992)

December 04 - 7 weeks (08 October 1992)

January 05 - 6 weeks (22 November 1992)

So, there is a possibility of forward movement and current scenario may no affect anyone. 8 years ago there was no movement during election month.

one question about f4 son or daughter anyone got visa after age 21 ?????? secound is file is complite at under 21 and in retro and now age is over 22 can get visa?????????

Yes many applicants over 21 got visa who were under 21 before retro

Dont worry they will open soon probably Monday cuz Ankara us embassy in turkey which is a Muslim country too is open and they just update their interview list today and when my friend called, they said they will be open next week and continue to service as usual Edited September 21, 2012 by 2005oct

In oct interview list was 1 F1 and 1 F2A and only 1 F4 that's it the whole month of oct and rest was K1 and E visas and IR5! I hope it moves more in November

good ....... we all were hoping from last 10 years....nothing had changed.. totally fed up with slow movement of PD...and also due to retrogression ......DOS don't discloses any think...just giving fool excuses like (DEMAND OF VISA IN THAT PARTICULAR MONTH IS VERY HIGH)...and now,2012 almost end, still demand is highhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......very funny DOS.........

So jolly There are so many Muslims in new Delhi.That is so great. I am also from (Muhajir community) (urdu speaking) , My ancestor came from India to Pakistan during independence.

It feels so good. I think our ancestor made mistake , they came here to Pakistan.They should have stayed there in India.

Because Sindhies , Baloch , Punjabies and Pashtun suck and they don't even accept us as Pakistanis.

Our goal is to exchange our views and discuss F4 USA immigration visa category.

As we all are future Americans then we should know that in USA we all have to live together with different religions. We have to co-exist and tolerate each other.

Every religion teaches toleration , respect and humanity for every one.

so respect each other and each others religions.
