so sorry to hear this,my PD is march29 2001 cant wait anymore for this I/L,last VB movement for only 1 week killed me already,but let see what is going NOVEMBER VB to bring us

usually they were sending I/L two weeks before VB is published, but now looks like they changed the rule they send i/l after see what happened this month people are still receiving i/l after 10 days VB is published,it is confusing

Embassies are still close all over in muslims countries where peoples are protesting against US.

IT Will effect visa bulletin movements because therez no more interview sceduleing.

it is too early for nov i/l , i think we should wait for 1 week or more .and who are current in oct vb, they already got their i/l .see vietnam forum

m just 3 weeks away and very nervous .but positive also.

so best of luck guys dont loose hope.

NO it will not effect us.....this is good for us becoz almost 20+ muslim countries protesting against american government due to that movie made in usa...In Libya american counselor were already died due to this protest.....it means that in these 20+ muslim countries visa services were already terminated....so the point is how it will benefical for us (INDIA).....and the answer is the visa allocation will increase for all other countries becoz they were nt giving immigrant visas to these 20+ muslim countries....In the other words demand of immigrant visa is become less due to this protest .so,it will definitely speed up the priority dates to fill up their empty slots...

Yes it might effect everywhere cuz they want to slow movements around embassies during election! Don't hope too much for November VB, it's most probably slow movement or no movement at all !!
