what all other categories F1,F2,F3 were already crossed 2001 april........but still not moving.... so u got my point???????

now i have some doubt that after 30,april 2001.....it will move or not ?????????????????????

Visa numbers have everything to do with those cases savvy.boy but a very valid point from jolly. 2 more weeks till the nxt batch of ILs start being sent. Lets wait, see, hope but not expect!

Yes my bros are F1 and only 20 days away from being current! Actually we were expecting to receive IL on OCT but I was surprise to see 1 week movement !! New facial year and no movement ... I'm just wondering why?!

Still I think it has something to do w us election on Nov cuz I check Ankara US embassy interview list and I've noticed there is a gap from oct/18 to Nov/5 and there is no interview scadualed even for K1 and IR5 ... Ii don't Know if its a same situation in other embassies...?

Thats y Dos take thi$ step because of election in progress.

Wait untill election has over..

Perhaps movement ill be start in december visa bulletion up to so on.....if jan 2002 pd people get his I/L AFTER jan2013.if cases take 11years.and you people can,t say pd 2001 take 11years and some months because these date become current 2nd time.now its time for 2002 and others who r in line.

According to waleed may b dates gonna move fast after 31april01.

Actually no, if things are how i thnk they are thn no fast moving after tht date bcause alot of visa numbrs wldve been utilised when we pass tht date. But hey i cld be dead wrong.

Do we know for sure the I-245 Adjustement Visas are given from Family based categories. They (I245) don't have their own Visas allocation? I recall a discussion like this in FBI site, but forgot the specifics.
