Your priority date is not Current. So NVC was correct , your visa number not available.

Wait for the visa bulletin to come out. then they will fix your interview.

My man called me today to tell me the good news. He has the interview October 15th! In Chile they send packets 3 and 4 together and they take all of that to the interview. So nervous and excited...

I agree with you mutahir , either we would see a big jump , dates will move to 2002 , or either we will see no movement.

It is technical Language and official language.

They will not fix interview , before priority date becomes current.

But they do , I have seen many cases , it is their choice.

But they will always use technical language.
