My priority date = 25 june 2001

My Case was completed on = 10 January 2011

All documents and I-864 and DS-230 were submitted to NVC before retrogression took place.

Now my question is that , do we have to resubmit I-864 sponsorship again to NVC ?

as u said your case is documentary qualified, so you don't have to submit anything at nvc , but you should carry last 3 years tax returns at the time of interview.

What do you guys think ?? Can F4 jump for 4 months ? any thing is possible ,because this retrogression was the biggest in the history. so jump could also surprise us.
