Do you have any idea about dates they usually start scheduling Interviews and sending I/L?

it is not fixed...they usually start scheduling appointments from 22 to 8 of next month ......and ya...sometimes after vb is published ..

You have to send

petitioner name and date of birth

principal applicant name and d.o.b in uper message body.

and you must write case number on subject line.

And write to nvc that send my interview letter to this email.

If you are principal applicant then must mention in email ok.

our case has been completed since october 2010 , we are waiting for interview since then , can i now send nvc an email regarding I/L to recieve in my inbox????? our relatives(usa) email has been already registered.

yeah you can register more than 1 email to nvc its does't matter.

In my case there are two email registerd one is agent and one is mine.

You just follow ist post instruction and tell them when you 'll send I/L then send me one copy and tell them you are principal applicant and in the end mention principal applicant name on the very next line after Best regard.
