i also think that there will be increase in movement in f4 , but not that much that we can expect 3-4 months , i think 1.5 to 2.5 months movement will be there.

i need one month to be current ..but i think oct vb will be 22nd april or 1st may ...

now waiting for nvc start schedualing appointment for october ..i 9o its too early

I think it won't be more than 4 weeks through out FY-2013... but goodluck to you. Finally its your time! And hopefully the month after will be mine

I checked on my priority date calculator it says your PD may become current when next visa bulletin is out,check yours and see what does it say on yours

if oct vb will mobe 3 weeks , you will get i/l and if minimum it will move 4 weeks then we both will get i/l.

lady : ask for detail .

me : gave all detail.

lady : what do you want to know ?

me : what is status of my case?

lady : your case is completed but waiting for visa numbers to be available , right now we are working on cases prior to "15 feb 2001"

me : does nvc had already sent my case to mumbai consulate ?

lady : no , nvc will sent case to mumbai consulate once appointment is scheduled for your case !!! ( guys this is normal ? they sent case after interview scheduled? )

me : do i need to update AOS ,? coz i think my priority date will be current next month.

lady : you dont need to do anything as your case is documentary qualified !!!!!!

me : ok bye.

Well she was right about one thing that right now they are working on cases prior to 15th Feb 2001. Don't forget, the priority date for the month of August is 15 Feb 01. 08 March 01 is for September. And I'm not sure about the other the appointment schedule thing because for some consulates, the appointments are made by the NVC and some consulates schedule it themselves once they receive the cases.

And visagrant said there are 55835 visa issued in 2011 and still there z unused number.i think this data are available on DHS website..

Is it possible DOS use previous numbers in new fy.cuz they say if number remain then they would't use in next fy.how is possible.

Please share ur experience.

i think unused visa of f4 category will be added to f1 category.

and unused visa of f3 will be added to f4 category , at the start of new fiscal year...means from next vb..

i didn't see "big jumps " in f3 . so i think very less visa numbers will be added to f4...

although i m not sure about the info i write above....expert will hopefully ans your qun ..visa grant and puru444 will be able to and your qun.

best of luck to all vj members who are expecting i/l letters for october...hopefully nvc will start scheduling apps after few days

...Not all numbers allocated are actually used for visa issuance; some are returned to VO and are reincorporated into the pool of numbers..

The Visa Officer decides the visa fluctuations on a month by month basis..
