Consulate will always have a balanced approach to the maximum extent possible for every case. As such Your CSPA was not calculated earlier and supposed to be done during the time of the parents interview. In such a scenario, it would be ideal if you carry additional demand drafts / cash in hand for any fees for any CSPA interviews..VFS does not make decisions for Consulate rather Consulate Convey their decisions through VFS.

You can always email to the consulate and for any replies from them, you can take the printout and convey it to VFS...

We did carry additional fees to pay during the CSPA interviews , infact they collected our documents too but not fees.

I even went with a copy of interview letter to VFS so they could probably take my fees but VFS refused to collect it and has asked me to wait.

ok..now what will you do?

did you recieve your parents passport ?

I already mentioned that in previous posts that i personally went to VFS to discuss my problem and collected my parent's passport at the same time. Now im just waiting for a reply from consulate or VFS to get in touch with me. I emailed VFS they replied saying they too are waiting for consulate to give them any instructions.

If possible, the sponsor and cosponsor can provide the "tax transcripts", that would be better

Yes, the updated affidavit of support would be beneficial..

Everything looks good, u can ask for the copies of their passport.. just in case..

Good Luck..

If Brother/Sister filed for their Brother or Sister, then Brother/Sister's families including their sons and daughters will be derivatives or benefited as part of that petition. But If Sister/Brother files for their parents, only the parents will be part of their petition neither brothers nor sisters or half brother / sisters will not be part of the petition...Tough Immigration or Broken System...:crying:

Good Luck..
